These terms describe use of this website and the process for requesting Retexia services. Your agreed project scope and service agreement set out the final commercial terms.
Requests and service scope
Submitting a Lingo form is a request for review. It does not collect a payment, automatically activate a subscription, or guarantee acceptance of a project. Retexia confirms the scope, price, billing arrangements, and implementation plan before work begins.
Pricing and billing
Lingo packages show a one-time setup fee and monthly service fee. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the packages page. Taxes, third-party fees, and any additional work are confirmed separately before billing. Payment schedules, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be agreed before paid service starts.
Your account and information
Provide accurate information, use an account you are authorized to manage, and keep credentials secure. Only submit material you are entitled to use, including branding, business content, and customer information. You are responsible for reviewing the information and responses used in your chatbot before launch.
Implementation and integrations
Features depend on your selected package, the agreed scope, and compatibility with your systems. Third-party connections, including WhatsApp, may require separate accounts, approvals, charges, and terms. Availability and setup timing are confirmed after review; no fixed implementation time is promised on this website.
Appropriate use
Do not use the website or service for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive communications, unauthorized data collection, infringement, or attempts to bypass security controls. Retexia may suspend access where needed to address abuse or a security issue, subject to applicable requirements.
Automated responses
Chatbots and automations can produce incomplete or incorrect results and may depend on third-party availability. Configure appropriate escalation paths and review outputs for important decisions. Lingo is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or emergency services.
Ownership and project changes
You retain rights to the business materials you provide. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, ongoing support, upgrades, and changes to scope are confirmed in the service agreement. Website branding and content must not be used in a way that misrepresents your relationship with Retexia.
